Why Chlorophyll is your new best friend

CChlorophyll has become one of my favorite plant allies recently and I would love to share with you why you should also befriend this amazing plant ally as well.
I guess you could say, Chlorophyll isn't in just one plant, it is in all plants!
Well mostly the heavily green pigmented ones, including those green algae's like chorella, or spurlina.

So what exactly is Chlorophyll, Chlorophyll is the substance that absorbs the suns energy and transforms it into plant energy during photosynthesis. When we eat chlorophyll rich plants, or supplement chlorophyll itself we receive those beautiful energies from the sun and the soil, it has been said to be one of the most powerful nutrients on earth.

Here is where why I love Chlorophyll:

Here's why Chlorophyll is one of my best friends

Detox. Chlorophyll detoxes the liver, the kidney, the bowels, and bloodstream while being a very potent antioxidant. It enhances the Livers natural ability to remove toxins & waste from the body, binding to heavy metals, and even detoxing the body of harsh drug influences.

Oxygen. Chlorophyll molecule is very similar in structure to the Hemoglobin molecule, (Hemoglobin is the protein molecule that transports oxygen within the blood. The difference between the hemoglobin molecules is that they contains iron at its center, whereas chlorophyll contains magnesium (also an oxygen carrier). As we intake chlorophyll into our daily lives it will help build oxygen-carrying red blood cells, and increasing oxygen utilization by the body. This is where Chlorophyll can bring aid in people possibly dealing with anemia.

Chlorophyll is an internal deodorizer, cleansing the bacteria and toxins in the colon and the intestines.

Listen to your Gut

There is amazing research out there pointing out how the gut has a super network connected to the brain.
In ancient Aryuvedic traditions they believe that the gut IS the brain or at least the first brain and the mind or brain comes second.  Why is the gut connection so important? Your stomach has a microbiome in it that has a beautiful harmonic symphony of cultures and good bacterias including an balanced pH level.
If this ecosystem becomes out of wack it can disrupt the harmony and that can lead to mental and emotional issues. It has been said that the gut has many sensory networks neuron networks that are connected from the stomach to the brain.  That's why when we eat really amazing nutrient rich food our body feels alive and our microbiome is happy.
